Color blindness is a disorder that affects every 1 in 12 men, and 1 in 200 women.
As designers we should always keep this in mind when choosing color combinations, and how colors could be seen from the eyes of a colorblind person. Color is a secondary aspect in design, however color affects our moods and how we perceive what is being presented.
For this poster, I hand painted every dot on canvas board with gouache; it was a very tedious task, but I am so happy with the outcome. After scanning each canvas board, color correcting, and finally putting the pieces together; I chose to add the bottom portion including the artist's name and the quote in a legible typeface.
